Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Specialist to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and AI-driven applications. The role involves leveraging advanced AI techniques such as deep learning, generative AI, NLP, and automation to solve complex business problems and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
- Develop and deploy AI models, algorithms, and intelligent applications
- Build systems for prediction, recommendation, pattern recognition, and automation
- Work on data-driven applications to extract actionable insights
- Implement AI techniques such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI
- Design and optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Conduct large-scale experimentation and continuous model improvement
- Develop automation solutions including intelligent process automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery
- Research and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models)
- Proficiency in Python and Java
- Experience in model development, training, and deployment
- Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working with data-driven applications and large datasets
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Agentic AI systems
- Knowledge of tool-integrated agents for real-time decision-making
- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration frameworks
- Understanding of MCP-based scalable tool interoperability
- Experience in fact verification and hallucination reduction techniques
- Exposure to memory-aware conversational AI systems
- Experience with computer vision (image/audio processing)
- Background in intelligent automation and virtual assistants
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
