Who We are :
zero → prod is a product studio. We take ideas and ship them into real, deployed software — typically in 3–4 weeks. Our team of 10+ engineers covers AI/ML, full-stack, mobile, and DevOps.
We've shipped 10 production AI systems across legal, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and consumer tech. Real clients. Real metrics. Real stakes.
This isn't a research lab. This is a build shop.
The Role :
You'll work directly alongside our AI engineers on live client projects. From day one, you're contributing to systems that go to production — not demo repos that live and die on your laptop.
You'll get exposure to the full lifecycle of an AI product: problem framing, architecture decisions, development, testing, deployment, and iteration. You'll see what actually breaks, what actually works, and why the gap between "it runs locally" and "it runs in production" is everything.
What you will work on :
- LLM-powered pipelines — building and optimizing workflows using GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models
- RAG systems — retrieval-augmented generation with real document corpora (legal contracts, clinical notes, financial records)
- Agentic workflows — multi-step autonomous agents using LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom orchestration
- Prompt engineering — not "write better prompts," but systematic evaluation frameworks, few-shot construction, and output reliability at scale
- Evaluation and testing — building eval pipelines that measure what actually matters in production
- MLOps basics — logging, monitoring, and deploying models that need to stay reliable
Specific project assignments depend on active client work when you join. Past interns have contributed to document intelligence systems, voice AI pipelines, and CRM enrichment tools.
