What You Will Be Doing
- Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining multiple AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on processes informed by input from domain specialists and end users.
- Constructing Knowledge Repositories and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject experts to create and curate documents that capture specialized knowledge and proprietary organizational intelligence.
- Engineering data architectures that deliver contextual support for application logic, ensuring data models are both performant and scalable.

Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven experience integrating large language models into commercial software offerings (experience limited to chatbot projects or basic coding assistants does not qualify)

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
