Job details:
The EdTech industry confronts a significant obstacle: creating educational content that resonates with students while addressing their individual learning requirements. The market is saturated with generic, low-impact learning solutions, making differentiation more critical than ever. Evidence shows that educational materials failing to engage learners or accommodate diverse learning preferences lead to sharp declines in student participation, resulting in a substantial gap in meaningful learning outcomes. This burden falls heavily on educators, who must deliver personalized, high-caliber instruction within tight time and resource limitations.
LearnWith.AI is addressing this challenge directly by leveraging AI technology to transform how educational content is produced. Our focus extends beyond mere AI tool development—we are engineering AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-centric materials. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge engine that delivers compelling, adaptive content at scale. This groundbreaking strategy distinguishes us in an overcrowded marketplace and expands the potential of AI within education, delivering learning experiences that are more accessible, impactful, and engaging.
This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You will not be confined to routine coding assignments or theoretical AI model development. You will spearhead efforts to reshape student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity is not suited for those seeking predictable responsibilities or gradual enhancements—it is designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to achieve tangible, real-world results.
As an integral part of our team, you will architect AI-powered educational solutions capable of transforming the learning environment. You will utilize LLMs as specialized domain experts to construct contextual knowledge frameworks and intelligent learning assistants, guaranteeing that our AI produces content with both substance and impact. If the prospect of applying AI to revolutionize education excites you, and you are prepared to own projects that challenge conventional limits, we invite you to connect with us.
What You Will Be Doing
- Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from subject matter experts and end users.
- Developing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as specialized domain experts to create and sustain documents that capture organizational knowledge and distinctive insights.
- Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable.
Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Enable LearnWith.AI to stand apart from competitors by producing engaging, personalized educational content through AI-powered tools
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working as a software engineer
- Proven professional experience integrating LLMs into a software product (building a chatbot or using basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement)
- Clear, demonstrable interest in EdTech
