About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to build intelligent systems that enable automated decision-making across enterprise workflows.

This role focuses on applying modern AI techniques, including large language models, to design systems that can analyze, validate, and transform unstructured data while operating within defined policies and controls.

You will work on building scalable solutions that combine automation, governance, and human oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven workflows for processing and evaluating unstructured data
• Build systems to classify, validate, and transform content based on defined rules and policies
• Develop decision-making logic and risk-based workflows
• Implement AI-assisted review mechanisms with human-in-the-loop controls
• Integrate AI models into scalable backend systems
• Ensure systems are traceable, auditable, and reliable
• Continuously improve model performance using feedback and real-world data

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially Large Language Models
• Experience with Python and backend development
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications
• Familiarity with:
• Prompt engineering
• Structured outputs (JSON)
• API integrations
• Understanding of data processing and workflow design

Good to Have

• Experience with text analysis, entity detection, or classification systems
• Exposure to rule-based or policy-driven systems
• Understanding of human-in-the-loop architectures
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks
