Hiring Senior Founding Engineers (7–10+ yrs) — AI Systems & Product Engineering | Bangalore
This is a senior-only hiring call.
We’re looking to connect with engineers who bring 7–10+ years of real, hands-on experience in building and shipping complex systems.
If you’ve worked deeply across AI/ML, scalable backend systems, and product architecture — this might be worth your time.

We’re assembling a core founding team (4 members) to build and scale a new product from the ground up.
This is not a typical hiring process.
This is about bringing in people who can own systems end-to-end, think long-term, and operate with clarity in ambiguity.

The kind of roles we’re hiring for:
#1 — The Engineer who owns the product end-to-end
→ You architect it, build it, test it, deploy it, and scale it. Frontend to backend to cloud infrastructure. You understand AI well enough to design systems around it. Schema design, API contracts, CI/CD, cloud — all of it is your territory.
#2 — The Full-Stack Engineer with deep ML instincts
→ You build product surfaces but your real edge is what happens underneath — LLMs, RAG pipelines, MLOps, model serving, fine-tuning, evaluation. You've shipped AI-powered systems that real users have used.
#3 — The ML Engineer who goes very deep
→ Model development, training pipelines, fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT), inference optimization, benchmarking, GPU-aware architecture. You don't use AI as a buzzword. You understand what's actually happening inside the system and you've built proof of that.
#4 — The all-rounder who builds and leads equally
→ Technical enough to be in the details. Sharp enough to see the whole picture. You've shipped real products, made architectural calls, and still care deeply about what's actually happening in the code. Not a manager who used to code — an engineer who also thinks like a product person.

What you’ll work on:
* LLM systems and fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA, adapters)
* Model evaluation and bench-marking
* Inference optimization (vLLM, quantization, batching)
* GPU-aware architecture design
* Backend systems, APIs, DB design
* Full-stack product development (frontend → backend → infra)
* Shipping real AI products to real users

This will be a high-responsibility environment with a small, focused team.
