About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the design and deployment of next-generation AI solutions. This is a hands-on role for a developer who is passionate about Agentic AI, Generative AI, and the Microsoft Ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, AI-driven products that solve real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Agentic AI Development: Design and build autonomous AI agents using frameworks like AutoGen and explore MCP (Model Context Protocol) implementations.
- Microsoft AI Implementation: Develop and integrate solutions using Microsoft-related AI tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel).
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize ML/DL models and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific business use cases.
- Production Deployment: Deploy AI models into production using scalable architectures on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Data Engineering: Oversee the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large datasets to ensure high-quality training and inference pipelines.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI features into existing workflows.
Required Skills & Tech Stack
- Core Languages: Proficiency in Python is a must.
- Generative AI: Strong hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks (like Autogen)
- Microsoft Stack: Deep understanding of Microsoft AI tools and Azure AI services.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
- Machine Learning: Solid grasp of NLP, Computer Vision, and standard ML algorithms.
- Engineering: API Design, code debugging, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Background in enterprise-grade API development and integration.
