Hiring: AI Engineer – Voice AI, LLM & Automation
📍 Bengaluru (On-site) | 🧠 4–5 Years Experience
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy AI automation workflows
- Develop AI voice agents / voice bots for real use cases
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) with APIs, CRMs, and databases
- Design call flows using voice AI platforms
- Work on use cases like lead qualification, support, booking automation
- Optimize performance (latency, accuracy, conversation quality)
🔹 Must Have
- 4–5 years in AI / Conversational AI / GenAI
- Experience with Voice AI / Speech (STT, TTS)
- Strong in API integrations & webhooks
- Hands-on with automation tools (n8n / Zapier / Make)
- Good understanding of LLMs & prompt engineering
🔹 Good to Have
- Experience with Twilio / Exotel / Plivo
- Exposure to RAG / vector databases
- Basic JavaScript / backend workflows
