Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Suitepedia. The AI Engineer will design, build, and optimize machine learning models that enhance content discovery, recommendations, search relevance, and automation across the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping AI solutions, implementing and maintaining production-grade models, integrating AI capabilities into existing software workflows, and collaborating with content and engineering teams to identify and solve user-facing problems. The role also involves monitoring model performance, improving data pipelines, documenting technical approaches, and staying current with advances in AI and ERP-related technologies to inform future features.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices.
- Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for building and tuning machine learning models.
- Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, information retrieval, and semantic search.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with data processing, model deployment, and working with APIs and cloud services.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design AI solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) or interest in learning ERP workflows and business processes is beneficial.
