Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer role is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that address complex business challenges. Day-to-day work includes building and optimizing machine learning models, designing and training neural networks, and implementing pattern recognition and natural language processing (NLP) systems for real-world applications. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI architectures and production-ready code. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will also evaluate new tools and frameworks, improve existing models and pipelines, and ensure that AI solutions are efficient, reliable, and well-documented for ongoing maintenance and enhancement.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and clean, maintainable code practices.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including model design, training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, or conversational AI systems.
- Proficiency with common ML/AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience building and deploying models into production environments, working with APIs, cloud platforms, and version control systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with blockchain, data engineering, or MLOps practices is a plus.
