About the Company

SAN Automotive Industries is an engineering-driven manufacturer specializing in sheet metal stampings, metal fabrication, and precision component manufacturing. We serve major OEMs and Tier 1 customers in the automotive, agriculture, and industrial sectors.

Role Objective

We are looking for an architect of efficiency to transform SAN Automotive into an AI-driven manufacturing powerhouse. This is not a generic IT role; we need a builder who can spot manual factory processes and replace them with custom AI agents and smart digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Eliminate Repetitive Tasks: Study workflows across departments to spot manual tasks that waste time or create delays.
• Build AI Agents: Design custom AI agents and internal assistants for coordination, reporting, and information retrieval.
• Automate Operations: Convert fragmented office and factory tasks into structured, automated workflows.
• Manufacturing Support: Build systems for production, quality, and stores that fit the realities of a physical plant.
• Enhance Visibility: Automate recurring reports and build management dashboards for faster data-driven decisions.
• Commercial Automation: Streamline PO generation, quotations, and outreach workflows.
• Deploy & Train: Implement systems in real conditions, train users, and improve tools based on feedback.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years of practical experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or AI.
• Industry: Manufacturing or Industrial exposure is highly preferred.
• Focus: Must prioritize practical implementation over theoretical research.

• Slow paperwork (POs, Quotations, SOPs).
• Fragmented reporting and repetitive data entry.
• High dependency on individuals for simple recurring tasks.
