AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Voice AI
📍 Bengaluru (Onsite) | 💼 3–8 Years | 🚀 High-Impact AI Role
About the Role
We’re hiring an AI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI + Voice AI to build production-grade intelligent systems. This role goes beyond PoCs — you’ll design and deploy real-world AI agents and voice-enabled applications used at scale across industries.
🚀 What You’ll Work On
- Build Agentic AI systems (multi-agent workflows, tool use, memory, planning loops) using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI
- Develop Voice AI pipelines – Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), real-time voice agents
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Qdrant)
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) into production backend systems
- Build scalable APIs using FastAPI / Flask
- Deploy and scale systems on AWS / GCP / Azure (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Work on real-time AI inference, evaluation, and observability
✅ Must-Have
- 3+ years of hands-on AI engineering experience (production systems)
- Strong experience with Agentic AI / multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.)
- Proven work in Voice AI / Speech systemsSTT / TTS / ASR pipelines
- Real-time voice agents / conversational AI
- Strong Python + backend engineering fundamentals
- Experience with RAG + vector databases
- Experience deploying AI systems in production (cloud + APIs)
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with Deepgram, Whisper, ElevenLabs, Vapi, Twilio Voice
- LLM fine-tuning (LoRA / QLoRA)
- Real-time audio processing / low-latency systems
- Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience
