These roles will support the scaling of our low code/no code Gen AI team, focused on deploying agentic workflows across our Support Operations and Communications teams. Here are the core technical expectations:
Experience - 3-5 Years
Location- Hyderbad ( WFO)
Primary Technical Skills:
- Agentic AI / LLM Application Development – Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, Amazon Bedrock Agents, CrewAI, or similar orchestration tools
- Prompt Engineering & LLM Optimization – Strong ability to design, test, and iterate on prompts for production-grade use cases including classification, summarization, and reasoning tasks
- Low Code/No Code Platform Experience – Familiarity with Amazon internal platforms such as:
- Amazon Quick Suite (Quick Flows for task automation and orchestration, Quick Automate for multi-agent enterprise process automation)
- Agent Spaces for building and deploying agentic interfaces
- ProtozoApp for rapid application prototyping and deployment
- Workflow Automation & Integration – Experience connecting AI agents to enterprise systems via APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures (e.g., ticketing systems like SIM-T, communication platforms, QA tools)
- NLP / Text Classification – Understanding of natural language processing concepts, particularly as they apply to ticket triage, root cause analysis, and intent classification
Nice-to-Have / Secondary Skills:
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for AI output quality (accuracy, hallucination detection, human-in-the-loop review)
- Background in process automation or operations support environments
- Experience with quality assurance automation or testing frameworks
- Understanding of escalation logic and severity-based routing
