Job Title: AI Engineer
Job Description:
We're an AI engineering studio that builds intelligent applications for global brands like Heineken, Publicis Sapient, and Videoland. We're hiring an AI Engineer who can go from raw data to production-ready AI products.
Responsibilities:
- Build LLM-powered applications, chatbots, and autonomous AI agents for client projects
- Design and deploy RAG pipelines, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems
- Build data pipelines — ingestion, cleaning, transformation, embeddings, and analytics
- Integrate AI into client products via APIs, WhatsApp bots, internal tools, and dashboards
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver fast
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience building at least one production-level RAG, agentic, or LLM-based system
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, or similar)
- Ability to work with messy, real-world datasets and turn them into structured, usable data
- Bonus: experience with LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, or similar orchestration/automation tools
Additional Candidate Preferences:
Candidates with prior freelance or agency experience preferred. Should be comfortable working directly with international clients. Must be able to work independently with minimal hand-holding.
Salary & Perks
Fixed Pay: ₹ 4,00,000 to ₹ 8,00,000 per year (adjust based on your actual budget — this is a reasonable Internshala range for mid-level AI roles in India)
Variables/Incentives: ₹ 50,000 to ₹ 2,00,000 per year (if you want to tie bonuses to client project delivery)
