Role Description
What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy real AI systems — not notebooks that collect dust
- Turn messy PDFs, emails, and raw documents into structured, usable data
- Fine-tune and optimize ML/NLP models for production use
- Design template-driven extraction pipelines and intelligent workflows
- Ship scalable APIs and cloud-native AI solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years building & deploying ML/NLP models in production
- Strong Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Experience cleaning raw, unstructured data (this is critical)
- Built systems that map chaos → structured schemas
- Comfortable with APIs, Docker, and cloud deployment
- Understand evaluation metrics, validation, and continuous improvement
Bonus Points
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning
- MLOps exposure
- Built AI automation tools used by customers
