AI Software Engineer (Agentic AI) – Nativeorange.ai

Why This Role Matters:
We are looking for an AI Software Engineer to design and build next-generation agentic systems—AI that can reason, orchestrate workflows, and take action in enterprise environments.
You will work at the intersection of LLMs, distributed systems, and real-world business impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build Agentic AI workflows for insurance use cases (underwriting, claims, operations)
- Develop multi-agent systems using LangGraph, LangChain, and modern orchestration frameworks
- Build and deploy AI systems on GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub)
- Integrate and optimize Gemini models using Google’s ADK (Agent Development Kit)
- Develop LLM adapters and tool integrations (APIs, data systems, third-party services)
- Work on end-to-end pipelines: ingestion → reasoning → decision → action
- Collaborate with product, domain experts, and customers to rapidly iterate and deploy
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree from a top-tier university in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or distributed systems
- Strong expertise in:
- Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems
- LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks
- Building production-grade LLM applications
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Vertex AI / Gemini models
- API integrations and LLM tool/adapter design
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
- Strong builder mindset—move fast, own outcomes, solve end-to-end
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Google ADK (Agent Development Kit)
- Exposure to prompt engineering, evaluation, and model tuning
- Background in data pipelines, streaming systems, or real-time processing
- Interest in enterprise AI applications (insurance, finance, operations)
