We're Hiring | AI Engineer (Cybersecurity)
📍 Location: Bangalore | 🕒 Full-Time | 📈 5+ Years
At @Mitigata, you'll build the models that power India's cyber shield — ML, Deep Learning, and LLM-driven systems for anomaly detection, phishing defense, malware pattern identification, and behavioral threat scoring, working shoulder-to-shoulder with security researchers and product teams.
About the role:
You'll design, train, fine-tune, and deploy models on real cybersecurity data — SIEM logs, EDR, network flows, and security telemetry — build scalable data pipelines, push models to production, and monitor for drift and retraining. You'll turn real threat use cases into AI-driven product features and keep the product on the front edge of AI + security research.
What we're looking for:
🔹 5+ years building & deploying ML/DL models in production
🔹 Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) — fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, inference optimization
🔹 Strong Python + TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn / Hugging Face
🔹 Experience with security data (SIEM, EDR, network flow, cloud telemetry)
🔹 Grounding in core security concepts — threat hunting, malware behavior, SOC workflows, MITRE ATT&CK
🔹 Production deployment with Docker / Kubernetes / AWS / GCP / Azure
🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving & debugging skills
Nice to have:
🔸 Anomaly detection or graph-based threat modeling
🔸 RAG & vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)
🔸 Prior cybersecurity product or R&D experience
