Role OverviewWe are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer with expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Model Fine-Tuning, Knowledge Distillation, and AI Deployment. You will design, optimize, and deploy production-grade AI systems for both edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Train, fine-tune, and optimize open-source LLMs (Llama, Qwen, Gemma, Mistral, DeepSeek, Phi).
- Design and implement Knowledge Distillation pipelines (Teacher–Student Training) to build smaller, faster, and production-ready AI models.
- Develop RAG and GraphRAG pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Build AI Agents with Graph Memory, User Memory, Long-Term Memory, and Knowledge Graphs.
- Develop multilingual AI solutions and semantic search for educational content.
- Optimize inference using llama.cpp, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, GGUF, AWQ, and GPTQ.
- Deploy scalable AI services using FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Build evaluation pipelines to measure reasoning, accuracy, latency, hallucination, and model quality.

Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience building production AI or Generative AI applications.
- Experience with Edge AI, multilingual NLP, educational AI, or NVIDIA Jetson platforms is a plus.
