We are looking for an AI Agent Developer to join our product engineering team and build next-generation AI systems that solve complex real-world problems. You will work on intelligent agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, memory systems, and LLM integrations to deliver production-ready AI solutio
ns.

Design and develop AI agents with persistent memory and contextual understa - nding.Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipe
- lines.Develop conversation orchestration and state management sy
- stems.Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, and open-source m
- odels.Build self-learning feedback mechanisms to continuously improve agent perfor
- mance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy AI fea
- tures.Optimize AI systems for scalability, reliability, and production perfor
- mance.Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic frame

- tures.Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or si

- drant.Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestr
- ation.Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating AI ser
- vices.Experience with Git and software development best prac
tices.
Preferred Qualific
- ations:Experience building production-grade AI applic
- ations.Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, o
- r PEFT.Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google
- Cloud.Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kube
- rnetes.Experience with knowledge graphs or GraphRAG is an added adv
- antage.Contributions to open-source projects, research publications, or hackathons are
a plus.
