About Us:
Grambvels AI is a Bengaluru based Voice AI and Chat AI platform built for SMB customer support teams in India and the UK. We build practical AI systems that handle real conversations across voice, chat, and messaging channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build Voice Agents for customer support and outbound use cases, from prototype to production
- Build and maintain Chat AI Agents across web, app, WhatsApp, and Instagram
- Develop email agentic AI support systems that read, understand, and respond to customer emails
- Design and implement RAG pipelines to ground agent responses in company data
- Integrate TTS and STT components into voice pipelines, with attention to latency and accuracy
- Build backend services using Python and FastAPI, and take ownership of a feature end to end
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and translate them into working systems
Requirements:
Must have:
- 2 years of hands on experience building AI or ML powered applications
- Strong practical experience with Python and FastAPI
- Hands on experience with at least one of: LLM based agents, RAG pipelines, chatbot frameworks, or voice AI pipelines (Pipecat or similar)
- Ability to take a feature from idea to working prototype with minimal handholding
- Comfortable working directly with clients and understanding real world requirements
Nice to have:
- Experience integrating with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp Business API or Instagram Messaging API
- Experience with TTS or STT systems in a production setting
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
- Any shipped project you can speak to in detail, even a small one
