Qualifications

Proven professional experience in developing, training, and deploying AI and machine learning models is essential. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency with machine learning frameworks, programming languages such as Python, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. A strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly, coupled with a solid understanding of ethical considerations related to AI systems—including data privacy, security, and bias mitigation—is required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of AI/ML techniques, are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
The Engineer, Artificial Intelligence will be responsible for a variety of key tasks, including supporting the execution of machine learning, natural language processing, and large language model deliverables aligned with organizational AI strategies. The role involves developing custom ML, Generative AI, NLP, and LLM models for both batch and stream processing pipelines, encompassing data ingestion, preprocessing modules, search and retrieval systems, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and model development. Collaboration is a core aspect of this position, requiring close work with data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments seamlessly. The engineer must stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies, continuously recommending innovative approaches to enhance system capabilities. Additionally, applying best practices in data privacy, security, and bias reduction is essential to ensure ethical and responsible AI deployment.
