About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team at FinThrive. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced artificial intelligence solutions that enhance our healthcare revenue cycle management platform. You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable AI infrastructure. Your expertise will enable us to leverage machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI to automate complex workflows, improve decision-making, and deliver innovative solutions to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge healthcare technology, driving impactful change in the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI, software engineering, MLOps, DevOps, or data engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and scripting languages, with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of document intelligence, generative AI, agentic AI, automation, NLP, and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, and familiarity with Big Data technologies, data visualization tools, and open-source AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, and scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of integrating DevSecOps practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, project management tools like Jira, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technology landscapes and a passion for continuous learning.
- Minimal travel required, approximately a few times a year.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions within a production environment, utilizing a variety of machine learning algorithms and AI tools.
- Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for AI applications, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with existing healthcare systems and applications.
- Manage MLOps and DevOps pipelines to facilitate continuous integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring of models.
- Implement automation tools for agent flows, robotic process automation (RPA), model training, testing, and deployment processes.
- Develop tools for model management, versioning, and performance tracking to ensure optimal operation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Promote a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and experimentation within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and healthcare technology to continuously enhance solutions.
