About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that address complex business challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating scalable, reliable, and impactful AI-based products utilizing the latest in NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience in building AI models, and a passion for leveraging emerging AI trends to drive business value. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to deliver solutions that meet strategic objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 2 to 5 years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI-driven products using NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI technologies is essential. Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, particularly in Python, is required. Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, containerization tools like Docker, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins will be advantageous. Familiarity with AWS AI services and cloud deployment models is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership experience in managing and mentoring AI/ML teams is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices.

- Design and develop sophisticated machine learning models to solve intricate business problems utilizing AI, NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI technologies.
- Develop and implement algorithms for data processing, feature extraction, and model training to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to enhance product performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI and Machine Learning Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of AI solutions that meet quality standards, scalability, and reliability benchmarks.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
