Role Overview
Design and own core AI platform capabilities, architect AI services and retrieval frameworks, and drive scalability, reliability, and security across AI-powered solutions. Lead the development of enterprise-grade AI platforms, define engineering standards and best practices, mentor development teams, and collaborate closely with product and architecture stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own core AI platform capabilities and services.
- Architect AI services, retrieval frameworks, and AI-powered applications.
- Drive scalability, reliability, performance, and security of AI platforms.
- Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Lead technical design and implementation of AI-based solutions.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams through design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Design, optimize, and scale GenAI, Agentic AI, and RAG-based systems.
- Establish model serving strategies and deployment standards for production AI workloads.
- Ensure Responsible AI principles are incorporated into platform design and implementation.
- Drive cloud-native architecture adoption and Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Continuously improve platform observability, resilience, and operational excellence.

- Strong expertise in Advanced Python and Distributed Systems.
- Hands-on experience designing and architecting GenAI solutions.
- Deep understanding of Agentic AI Design Patterns and RAG Optimization.
- Experience with Model Serving in production environments.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes and Cloud Platforms.
- Knowledge and practical implementation of Responsible AI principles.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
- Ability to drive architectural decisions and collaborate with product and enterprise architecture stakeholders.
- Experience building scalable, reliable, and secure AI platforms for enterprise use cases.
