🚀 Hiring: AI Architect (TL + Client Facing Role)
We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to join our team for a high-impact role involving GenAI, LLMs, and Cloud-native AI solutions.
- Role: AI Architect (Team Lead + Client Facing)
- Experience: 12+ years total, 3+ years relevant AI/Architecture experience
- Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
- Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (initial few weeks)
- Interview Mode: Virtual
- Work Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- 3–5 years experience as Architect in technical design & architecture (On-prem + Cloud)
- 3+ years in AI-native architecture (RAG, embeddings, memory management, LLMs)
- Experience in Agentic frameworks, GenAI systems, and AI integrations
- Exposure to fine-tuning models and standardizing AI responses
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud-native AI services
- Ability to work on architecture across multiple layers (apps, infra, security, data, systems)
- Experience in PoC, research, and deployment of emerging technologies
- Strong stakeholder management & team leadership (2–4 members)
- Must be able to act as SME across multiple technical domains
