AI Architect (Microsoft Copilot & Generative AI)Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced AI Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and enterprise Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable AI platforms and intelligent copilots leveraging Azure AI services and modern AI engineering practices.
The role requires strong technical leadership in AI architecture, LLM integrations, AI governance, enterprise integrations, and AI-driven transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI architectures
- Lead development of AI Agents, Copilots, and conversational AI platforms
- Architect RAG-based solutions using Azure OpenAI and vector search technologies
- Define AI governance, security, scalability, and compliance standards
- Integrate LLMs and AI services with enterprise applications and APIs
- Drive AI engineering best practices, reusable frameworks, and AI development standards
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify AI transformation opportunities
- Mentor development teams on AI-assisted engineering workflows and architecture patterns
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks
Must Have Skills- Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Services and Generative AI solutions
- Experience building AI Agents, Copilots, and conversational AI platforms
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures
- Experience with Anthropic Claude models/ecosystem
- Expertise in GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development workflows
- Exposure to Kiro frameworks/platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Azure Cloud
- Knowledge of AI security, governance, and enterprise integrations
Good to Have Skills- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or MCP
- Exposure to Multi-Agent AI systems
- Knowledge of Vector Databases and Semantic Search
- Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Microsoft Azure AI certifications
- Experience in enterprise AI transformation initiatives
