About the Role
The AI/ML Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Responsibilities
- AI Model Development: Design and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and frameworks for real-world applications.
- Data Analysis: Work with large datasets, clean, preprocess, and analyze data to train AI models.
- Model Deployment: Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, stability, and performance.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize models to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, business analysts) to integrate AI solutions into product offerings.
- Research & Innovation: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and bring innovative ideas into projects.
- Documentation & Reporting: Document code, processes, and best practices. Provide regular progress reports and updates to management.
Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Required Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
- Strong experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Familiarity with Deep Learning frameworks and techniques (CNNs, RNNs, GANs, etc.).
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for model deployment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and come up with innovative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
