Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in production NLP/ML systems
- Strong hands-on experience with RAG pipelines (retrieval, chunking, re-ranking, prompting)
- Experience building evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs
- Solid Python skills with production-grade code
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude)
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, or similar frameworks
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, ElasticSearch, pgvector)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Strong understanding of system design, latency, and cost trade-offs
- Currently working at a product based organisation
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end RAG pipelines from retrieval to generation
- Design and improve evaluation frameworks and quality metrics
- Build and optimize agentic workflows and LLM integrations
- Manage context, orchestration, latency, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with backend teams to productionize NLP systems
- Translate research advancements into production-ready systems
- Continuously improve pipeline performance and reliability
