What This Role Will Focus On
- Design and develop AI/ML models for real-world applications
- Build and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines
- Work with large datasets to train, test, and optimize models
- Implement NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
- Integrate AI models into production systems and APIs
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams
- Stay updated with advancements in AI and emerging technologies
Skills & Experience Required
- 3–8 years of experience in AI/ML or related fields
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, or computer vision techniques
- Familiarity with deploying models in production environments
- Understanding of cloud platforms and MLOps practices is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
