AI Engineer responsible for building intelligent systems and AI-driven applications that solve complex business and operational challenges. Role focuses on developing scalable machine learning solutions, integrating AI capabilities into products, and improving system efficiency through automation and advanced data-driven technologies.
This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals combined with hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and production-scale implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-driven solutions
- Build scalable AI workflows, APIs, and backend integrations
- Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for performance and accuracy
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to improve system intelligence
- Integrate AI models into production systems and user-facing applications
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-powered features
- Monitor production model performance and improve reliability over time
- Conduct experimentation and prototype new AI capabilities and workflows
- Maintain documentation for models, systems, and deployment processes
- Stay updated on advancements in AI, LLMs, NLP, and emerging technologies

Core Competencies
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages

- Familiarity with APIs, backend systems, and AI integrations
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and distributed systems
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or applied engineering roles
Preferred Background
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems, or computer vision
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring workflows
- Experience building AI-driven products or enterprise AI systems
