Artificial Intelligence Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems that solve complex business and operational challenges. Role focuses on building scalable AI solutions, integrating machine learning capabilities into products, and driving automation through data-driven systems.
This role requires strong engineering fundamentals combined with practical experience in AI, machine learning, and production-scale implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI and machine learning models for real-world applications
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model workflows
- Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for performance and accuracy
- Integrate AI capabilities into backend systems, APIs, and applications
- Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-driven features
- Monitor production model performance and improve system efficiency over time
- Conduct experimentation and prototype new AI-driven capabilities
- Maintain documentation for models, architectures, and deployment workflows
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, NLP, LLMs, and emerging technologies

Core Competencies

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets at scale
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or applied data science roles
Preferred Background
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, computer vision, or recommendation systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Exposure to MLOps, model monitoring, and deployment workflows
- Experience building AI-driven products or enterprise AI systems
