About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our dynamic team at ATC. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying autonomous AI agents from the ground up. Your work will involve creating sophisticated intelligent systems capable of environmental perception, decision-making, and action execution in both real-world and simulated settings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with machine learning, Python programming, and specialized frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field. A strong foundation in programming, algorithms, and system design is essential, along with practical experience in developing AI agents. Candidates should have a proven track record of working with machine learning frameworks and deploying scalable AI solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools is also highly desirable, as is a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement autonomous AI agents from scratch, utilizing frameworks such as LangChain for chaining large language models (LLMs) and tools, and LangGraph for managing stateful, graph-based workflows.
- Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn to enable adaptive learning and decision-making capabilities within agents.
- Integrate AI agents with external systems, APIs, databases, and environments, including simulation tools like OpenAI Gym or real-world interfaces, ensuring smooth data flow and memory management via LangChain components.
- Optimize agent performance for scalability, robustness, and safety, incorporating ethical considerations and handling edge cases within complex graph-structured architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to refine agent designs based on testing and user feedback.
- Conduct experiments, simulations, and evaluations to improve agent reliability and effectiveness in production environments.
- Document architecture, code, and methodologies to ensure reproducibility and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI agent technologies, including large language models, multi-agent systems, and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
