⚡ The Role: AI Consultant
This is a builder + operator role, not a spectator position.
You will operate at the intersection of:
Client strategy
AI system design
Execution & deployment
You will speak to clients, understand their bottlenecks, and convert problems into working AI systems.
No hand-holding. No waiting.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Run discovery calls, strategy sessions, and sales conversations
Translate business problems into AI agent architectures
Build and deploy AI workflows using Claude-based systems
Design end-to-end automations (lead gen, operations, support, etc.)
Iterate, optimize, and scale deployed systems
Work directly with founders on high-impact projects

Strong communicator — you can control conversations and close
Clear understanding of:
Generative AI
Agentic workflows
Prompt engineering
System thinking
Ability to design + build, not just “understand”
High ownership — you don’t wait for instructions
Fast learner with strong execution bias
