Outline:
We are looking for an AI Lead Engineer to drive AI strategy and execution for an AI-native staffing platform. This is a leadership role focused on solving business problems using AI and delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead AI strategy aligned with business goals
- Translate business needs into AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agentic systems)
- Design recommendation engines for matching, targeting, and decision-making
- Architect scalable AI systems and workflows
- Drive AI adoption, ROI, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering teams
- Ensure responsible AI practices (bias, explainability, compliance)
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in AI/ML, LLMs, and recommendation systems
- Expertise in designing end-to-end AI architectures
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and scaling
- Ability to connect AI solutions with business outcomes
- Proven ability to design end-to-end AI systems
- Strong understanding of trade-offs (cost, performance, scalability)
