Key Responsibilities
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, Eleven Labs) to produce ad creatives, scripts, and video content at speed.
Develop data-driven creative strategies based on performance insights, audience behaviour, and competitor analysis.
Own the hook library, headline bank, and creative testing framework for TheWellnessShop.in.
Write high-converting ad copy — hooks, headlines, scripts, and CTAs — for Meta, Google, and marketplaces.
Analyse creative performance (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate) and iterate fast.
Brief and collaborate with Graphic Design and Influencer Marketing teams on campaign creatives.
Repurpose creator/UGC content into high-performing performance ad assets.
Stay ahead of AI tool trends and bring new capabilities into the team's workflow.
Required Skills & Qualification
2–4 years in creative strategy, content, or performance creative roles.
Hands-on with AI tools — ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, or similar.
Strong copywriting — hooks, ad copy, scripts, and brand content.
Experience creating performance ad creatives for D2C brands (Meta or Google).
Understands what drives conversions — hook rates, scroll-stop, CTA strategy.
Skincare / Wellness / Personal Care D2C Experience Preferred.
Good to Have
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci).
Familiarity with Meta Ads or Google Ads creative reporting.
Experience writing UGC briefs for influencer campaigns.
Knowledge of Shopify landing page or email copywriting.
