Corepunk Team

About the job

We’re looking for a Build Engineer a technically-minded person who’s worked with game builds and wants to grow in release and deployment processes.

You’ll support our team in preparing and distributing builds of Corepunk. You should already have some experience assembling builds (even for small projects), feel comfortable with Git, and understand what makes a clean, testable release.

If you’ve previously worked as a QA specialist and want to move into a more technical direction, this could be a great next step.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain branch-merge rules & Git hygiene
  • Run/monitor Jenkins pipelines, fix red builds
  • Package artefacts and push to internal depot / console dashboards

Requirements

  • Good understanding of Git and CI/CD principles
  • Understanding of how release pipelines and staging/testing flows work
  • Experience building and packaging applications (ideally games)
  • Basic scripting (e.g. Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment

Will be a plus

  • Familiarity with Unity or Unreal build systems
  • Experience working in QA or game testing teams
  • Experience working with cloud services or build servers (e.g. Jenkins, TeamCity)
  • Understanding of QA and testing cycles in game development
  • Passion for MMO games and appreciation of the technical complexity behind them

Benefits

  • You’ll play a key role in delivering a highly anticipated new IP MMO RPG for millions of players.
  • Flexible schedule
  • Remote work
  • 28 days of annual leave (including 12 paid public holidays, 16 bonus days, and 2 additional days for corporate events)

Enjoy the "behind the scenes of Corepunk".

Take a sneak peek at the team working and having fun over the years from 2016. We hope it will give you a feel for the atmosphere at Artificial Core.

We’d be happy to see you with us 😉
