Field Sales Executive - Real Estate

We are hiring for a client which is the award winning Real estate marketing company with proven track record of Success & leadership.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, cold calls, etc.)
• Conduct on-site property visits with potential buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to secure future business opportunities.
• Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and pricing.
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, documentation, CRM) to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (Real estate preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic understanding of the real estate market
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory)
• Proficiency in regional language
