Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, cold calls, etc.)
- Conduct on-site property visits with potential buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to secure future business opportunities.
- Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and pricing.
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, documentation, CRM) to ensure smooth transactions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (Real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Basic understanding of the real estate market
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory)
- Proficiency in regional language
