About the role
Position: Datastage Developer
Location: Chicago (onsite 1 day/week).
Duration: 6+ month
Visa: gc or citizens
What You'll Need to Have:
5+ years of experience in ETL development using IBM Datastage.
Proficiency in working with Db2 and Oracle databases, including SQL optimization and performance tuning.
Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and scripting (Shell scripting).
Experience in data integration, transformation, and migration projects.
Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize ETL workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in banking or financial services with knowledge of industry data standards.
Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of Big Data technologies and data warehousing concepts.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies and working within Scrum teams.
