We're Hiring: Articulate Developer (Gamified E-Learning)
Virtual Interactive Solutionz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and technically skilled Articulate Developer with experience in developing gamified e-learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
- Create gamified learning experiences, including scenarios, challenges, quizzes, branching activities, simulations, badges, rewards, and learner progression mechanics.
- Transform storyboards and learning concepts into highly interactive digital learning modules.
- Integrate multimedia elements, animations, assessments, and custom interactions.
- Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and LMS compatibility.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Motion Graphic Designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance before deployment.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
- Strong understanding of gamification principles and their application in corporate learning.
- Experience creating interactive and scenario-based learning modules.
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to timelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience developing game-based learning, simulations, and learning journeys.
- Familiarity with variables, triggers, states, and advanced Storyline functionality.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Storyline customization techniques.
- Experience working on corporate training, compliance, onboarding, and behavioral learning programs.
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
