ROLE SUMMARY
The Articleship Trainee will be an integral part of the firm’s client service teams and will receive structured exposure across assurance, taxation, compliance, and financial advisory assignments.
The role is designed to build strong technical foundations along with commercial awareness and professional discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
ASSURANCE & AUDIT
- Assist in execution of statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Perform testing of financial controls and substantive procedures
- Prepare audit documentation and working papers
- Support financial statement finalization processes
TAXATION & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns
- Support GST compliance, reconciliations, and filings
- Assist in TDS compliance and related documentation
- Participate in handling departmental notices and responses
ACCOUNTING & FINANCE REPORTING
- Preparation and review of financial statements
- Ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations
- MIS reporting and financial data analysis
FINANCIAL SUPPORT & VCFO SUPPORT
- Assist in preparation of budgets and cash flow statements
- Support variance analysis and financial performance review
- Participate in client discussions (as applicable)
- Contribute to financial structuring and advisory assignments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- CA IPCC cleared (Both Groups preferred)
- Strong conceptual clarity in Accounting, Audit, and Taxation
- Analytical and structured thinking ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- High level of integrity and professional conduct
- Strong communication and documentation skills
