Role Description
We are inviting applications for CA Articleship Training, a 2-year programme conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Article Assistants work directly under the supervision of qualified partners and receive structured exposure across the firm's full range of practice areas. Trainees can expect hands-on involvement in the following areas:
- Direct Taxation — Income Tax compliance, TDS filings, and representation in Income tax cases including survey, search & seizure matters.
- Statutory & Tax Audit — Large corporates, PSUs (CAG), and bank branches (RBI)
- International Taxation & Transfer Pricing — FEMA advisory, cross-border tax structuring, and NRI taxation
- Corporate Law & ROC Compliance — Companies Act 2013 compliance, MCA filings, and secretarial work
- Business Consultancy — Advisory for startups, new market entry, and management consulting
Qualifications
- Candidates who have passed both groups of CA Intermediate.
- Completed the mandatory Information Technology Training (ITT) and Orientation Course (OC) and eligible to commence articleship.
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Corporate Laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for audit assignments, if required.
