Role Description
We are looking for a Paid-Up Candidate with practical experience in audit, labour law compliance, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audit assignments and maintain audit documentation.
- Verification and scrutiny of labour bills and contractor bills.
- Review and compliance of PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employees' State Insurance) regulations.
- Assist in statutory, internal, and compliance audits.
- Prepare reports, reconciliations, and working papers.
- Coordinate with clients and government authorities, as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in audit and compliance-related work.
- Knowledge of labour laws, contractor payments, PF, and ESI compliance.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and audit assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
