Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Articled Assistant based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include assisting in audit and assurance services, conducting financial analysis, supporting taxation and regulatory compliance activities, and preparing financial and management reports. The role also involves contributing to risk and advisory services, performing accounting tasks, and supporting corporate finance assignments, including valuation and due diligence.
Qualifications
- Understanding of accounting, auditing principles, and financial regulations
- Proficiency in Taxation, Corporate Governance, and compliance-related tasks
- Skills in Financial Analysis, Business Valuation, and Management Reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis
- Good written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- A bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (required); currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification
- Proactive attitude to learn and effectively handle responsibilities in a team environment
