1. Accountant – Job DescriptionRole Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making through accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Cash, Bank, Journal entries)
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation
- Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or similar)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
2. MIS Executive – Job DescriptionRole Summary:
We are seeking an MIS Executive to manage data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights using advanced Excel tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Analyze business data and present insights to management
- Maintain and update databases
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel
- Track KPIs and performance metrics
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, INDEX-MATCH, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting)
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Ability to create dashboards and reports
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of business operations
Preferred Qualifications:
