Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Articled Assistant located in Noida. The Articled Assistant will engage in a wide range of tasks, including auditing and assurance assignments, preparing and filing statutory and tax compliance documents, conducting financial analysis, and assisting with assessments and representations before regulatory authorities. The role also involves gaining hands-on experience in areas such as direct and indirect taxation, company law compliance, and financial reporting standards while supporting overall project delivery under the guidance of senior professionals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Audit & Assurance processes, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of Taxation (Direct & Indirect), including filing, compliance, and tax planning.
- Understanding of Company Law, Secretarial Compliance, and FEMA regulations.
- Strong skills in accounting principles, IND-AS, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, professional environment.
- Proficiency in accounting and audit-related software tools is a plus.
- Enrollment in the CA program along with completion of CA Intermediate (IPCC/Inter) is required.
