Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant based in Hyderabad. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for assisting senior professionals in areas such as tax compliance and advisory, regulatory filings, documentation, business planning, and corporate restructuring. The role also includes preparing reports, managing accounts, conducting research, and staying updated on evolving financial and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- Cleared CA Intermediate Exam.
- Strong knowledge of Taxation, Accounting, and Financial Reporting
- Research and Analytical skills to interpret regulations and provide relevant insights
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Enthusiasm to learn and stay updated with financial and regulatory advancements
