Job Description — Article Assistant (CA Articleship)
Position: Article Assistant – Chartered Accountancy

Experience: Freshers / CA Intermediate students eligible for articleship
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Article Assistant to join our team. The candidate will get practical exposure to audit, taxation, accounting, GST, income tax, and financial reporting while working closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts and accounting records.
- Assist with GST returns, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Assist in preparation and filing of income tax returns and related workings.
- Perform bank, ledger, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit working papers.
- Support TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Conduct basic financial analysis and data verification.
- Coordinate with clients for required documents and information.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Stay updated with applicable accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- Pursuing CA Intermediate and eligible for articleship under ICAI guidelines.
- Good understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of GST and Income Tax is preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/other accounting software is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
