Role Description
The Articled Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's operations, working directly under qualified professionals. Responsibilities include assisting in statutory, tax, and internal audits; preparing and filing tax returns; maintaining financial records; and complying with regulatory requirements. The position will also involve participating in business advisory services for clients at various stages of growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, offering an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop professional expertise in the field of accounting and finance.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Understanding of statutory, tax, and internal audit processes
- Familiarity with direct and indirect taxation practices
- Proficiency in regulatory, ROC compliance, and GST return filing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel and accounting tools/software (e.g., Tally)
- Good written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Enrolled in the Chartered Accountancy course with completion of the IPCC/Intermediate level or equivalent
