Company Description : We are a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Ahmedabad, offering services across taxation and Regulatory Framework. This is a newly set-up firm. Founder has vast experience in the field of Direct Taxation and International Taxation. Area of work pre-dominantly include Direct Tax Litigation and advisory. We beileve in nurturing right talent.
Role Description The Articled Assistant will support tax advisory and litigation assignments by assisting in research, drafting, and analysis across direct tax, international tax FEMA, and related regulatory matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing briefs and documentation for tax assessments and appeals, supporting representation before tax authorities and appellate forums, and contributing to tax opinions and technical research. The role involves working on transaction structuring, tax due diligence, and business restructuring projects under the direct guidance of senior team members. The Articled Assistant will also help maintain case files, update internal knowledge repositories, and collaborate on client deliverables in a professional and detail-oriented manner.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.
Qualifications

- Hard-working and focused
- Achieved articleship eligibility under CA regulations, with strong interest in direct tax and regulatory matters.
- Solid academic foundation in taxation with strong analytical skills.
- Interested in advanced use of Artificial Intelligence
- Interest in conducting structured legal and tax research summarize findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with tax and compliance software; openness to using technology and AI tools for research and analysis.
