Key Learning & Practice Areas:
During your articleship tenure, you will gain hands-on, practical experience across:
1. Corporate Solutions & Virtual CFO:
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and cash runway modeling.
• Designing and automating investor-ready MIS dashboards.
• Exposure to Pre-IPO diagnostic assessments and startup advisory.
2. Risk Advisory & Internal Financial Controls (IFC):
• Design, testing, and deployment of Risk Control Matrices (RCM).
• Operational workflow reviews, process gap assessments, and governance frameworks.
3. Corporate Tax & Regulatory Strategy:
• Direct and indirect tax compliance, return filings, and assessments.
• Research and drafting for appellate proceedings (CIT(A) / ITAT).
• Cross-border transaction basics and corporate tax advisory frameworks.
4. Assurance & Attestation:
• Exposure to statutory audits, tax audits, and internal reviews via associate networks.
• Detailed analytical reviews and accounting framework validation under Indian Accounting Standards.
Candidate Profile:
• Passed CA Intermediate.
• Eligible to commence mandatory ICAI articleship training.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and core accounting concepts.
• Proactive attitude, eager to learn corporate advisory and financial engineering.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
